Our return policy follows the Sunnah. We accept returns for any perfume that you are unsatisfied with.

Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Condition: Products must be unused, and in their original packaging.
Exceptions: Items marked as final sale, discounted, or clearance are not eligible for returns.

Return Process

Initiate Return: Contact our Customer Support Team with your order number and reason for return within the eligible return period.
Return Authorization: Upon approval, you will receive a return instructions.
Ship the Item: Return the product to the address provided by our customer support team, with you being responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds

Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after receiving the returned item.
Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Refund Amount: The product price is fully refundable if the item is returned in its original condition, however, shipping costs are non-refundable.
Notification: If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery.
Resolution: We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
